Breeding some Monarch butterflies
We got some milkweed and then hoped a momma Monarch would lay some eggs. Sure enough, we had 6 caterpillars appear. Rise Up Town election victory
I spent months organizing and gathering fellow pro-housing and pro-biking neighbors to run for seven open seats on our community planning group, called “Uptown Planners.” It was a sweet, sweet victory. Anne visits San Diego
My wonderful niece Anne came down to SD to see some old college pals and just see the old town. We went down to Old Town for tacos, hiked Torrey Pines, and caught up on the couch. Really fun time.
Hillcrest Library opening
Joined the fun at the opening of the new public library just two blocks from our condo. Ran into Matt there with his kids. Another bright SD morning. Get the sunglasses.
New Years biking over the water with Darryl
